Pets are permitted only in designated pet rooms, with a maximum of 2 pets per room. A pet cleaning fee applies per room, per night. Service animals are exempt from pet fees.
Undisclosed pets will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Guests will be charged full replacement cost for any items stained or damaged by pets.
Litter boxes or pee pads must be placed in the bathroom only, and not on carpeted floors.
For your pet’s safety and the comfort of all guests, pets must remain on a leash at all times while outside the guest room.
Pets must never be left unattended in the room—not in a crate, carrier, or cage—even if the guest is away temporarily.
Do not use motel towels to clean up pet messes. If you require assistance, please contact the front desk. Rags and old towels are available upon request.
Pet owners are fully liable for any damage caused by their pets—including damage to furniture, linens, towels, excessive messes, or noise complaints.

Guests will be held responsible for paying the cost of any damages (less reasonable wear and tear) caused to motel property, either by guests or their visitors, while on the premises.
Charges for damages will be added to the guest folio or credit card on file.

Telstar Motel does not assume liability for guests’ personal property on the premises.

Online cancellations are not accepted within this 24-hour window. To cancel within 24 hours of check-in, please contact the motel directly.
Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will incur a charge equal to the first night’s stay plus applicable taxes.
No-shows will be charged for the first night’s stay plus taxes, and any additional nights reserved will be forfeited.
All cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the credit card provided at booking.
